The scrubber ROLOFLUX developed by NEYRTEC MINERAL is remarkably efficient and extremely sturdy. Mainly made of steel, this equipment washes and prepares materials for the simple classification stages. Its use is necessary each time the nature of the “earthy” contained in the all-run of a mine, a quarry or a ballast tank does not allow their separation by the traditional processes of screening even with watering. The range extends to counter-flow scrubber where water is introduced at the opposite end of the material. The material goes up in the water stream and meets a cleaner and cleaner water as it is washed, which perfects the product.

The scrubber ROLOFLUX NEYRTEC MINERAL is particularly effective for the dirtiest materials and the removal of clay minerals. In the case of sticky, clayey or marly products, their removal can only be achieved by the combined action of friction and suspension in water, which is achieved by energetically and continuously stirring the materials as they pass through the shell of a ROLOFLUX. The standard ROLOFLUX scrubber consists of a rubber-armored shell supported by drive units. Treated materials: all types of ores, aggregates, manganese, nickel, phosphate, laterites…
