NEYRTEC MINERAL’s TASSTER-M is a unique system with two levels of blades for sludge compaction.
The aim of the TASSTER-M is to maximize sludge thickening while allowing the recovery of clarified water (clarified water can be recycled within the plant itself).
The resulting sludge can reach very high densities, resembling a paste that can be discharged into a sludge tank.

NEYRTEC MINERAL ‘s TASSTER-M technology, a pioneer in sludge compaction, is an economical alternative to conventional filtration processes.
Mud compaction by the TASSTER-M from Neyrtec Mineral is guaranteed by several points: an optimized flocculation, a homogeneous distribution towards a well (fixed or rotating), a release of pore water, a mechanical compression of the sludge and an assisted extraction of the compacted sludge.
Depending on the application and its properties, the sludge can be picked up by a loader and used to backfill an area or reconstitute a vegetal soil.
The Tasster-M can be used after a thickener.
