Depending on the application, the thickener is designed for the clarific process water or thickening mineral concentrates. FEATURES
The high-capacity thickener allowws continuous liquid/solid separation.
The pulp to be treated is injected into the well, where flocculant is added if necessary. The well distributes the solids evenly over the entire surface of the settling tank, then they come into contact with the sludge bed where settling continues.
The scraper system concentrates the sludge in the center of the equipment, to allow discharge via underflow. Sludge can be evacuated by pumps or by gravity flow.
Materials treated: all types of ores, aggregates, iron ores, sands, kaolin, etc.
