Clariflux NEYRTEC MINERAL is a clarifier with a smaller footprint than a conventional thickener. This equipment is designed to accelerate the principle of particle settling through a sludge bed.
The Clariflux is composed of a primary cone where initial sedimentation (sludge bed) occured before feeding the main tank, where the sludge is concentrated for discharge.

FEATURES
While the operating of the Clariflux Neyrtec Mineral, the pulp is fed to a flocculator where the flocculant is added continuously.
The mix of the 2 is then, poured into a feeder well for a homogeneous distribution of the flocs in the central area.
The deposited flocs on the sludge bed are poured into the main tank equipped with a scraper. The sludge is finally recovered in the underflow.
The clarified water is recovered at two levels:
levels :
– a collection in overflow
– a secondary collection to be evacuated by the overflow tank.
- Tests in our in-house laboratory for sizing.
- Reuse treated water.
