FEATURES
The Sandyflux NEYRTEC MINERAL is composed of a tank, a dewatering device fed by a hydrocyclone and a centrifugal pump.
The pulp (water + sand) is introduced into the tank sized according to the flow rate to be treated, then the slurry pump feeds the hydrocyclone at a regular flow rate and pressure.
With the vortex created in the hydrocyclone, the water loaded with fines is evacuated in the overflow tank which also ensures an automatic stabilization of the level of the main tank.
The water loaded with fines is evacuated by gravity to thicken.
The hydrocyclone ensures the ganulometric cut and the sands are concentrated at the tip of the hydrocyclone. Due to the rectilinear vibration produced by 2 motor-vibrators of the dewatering device, the sand move forwards and is dewatered while the filtrates are recycled in the tank
- The range of combined hydrocyclone/ dewatering device is adaptable to treat all types of materials.
- Residual dampness around 15% before storage.
