The agitation process
Among the many stirring products, there are several models of agitators:
- with open tank ;
- with closed bowl and gaskets ;
- with side entrance.
Some static in-line models are also available.

- The conditioner: its purpose is to ensure efficient mixing between the pulp and the reagents from the flotation phase.
- A wide range of agitators: their main applications are suspending mineral particles, adding reagents and dissolving solid particles.
CONDITIONER NEYRTEC MINERAL
NEYRTEC MINERAL conditioners have been designed to optimize the flotation phase of mineral materials.
Before entering the flotation cells and proceeding to the separation phase, the pulp must be conditioned with flotation reagents (depressant, foaming agent, activator, collector, pH regulator).
This action is done in cylindrical tanks agitated by a propeller, known as conditioners.
